This is now my third survey with CS Surveying and I can't recommend them enough. The quality, depth and detail of the report has quite literally saved me thousands. Not to mention the instant phone call feedback, exceptional communication and turn around time for the report and incredibly friendly staff. Would not use another surveying company and would highly recommend.

He found a number of issues with the property that would have resulted in us likely never being able to sell the property on in the future, and therefore saved us from purchasing a house that could have caused us great distress. He contacted us the day the survey was conducted and told us the key details we needed to know and answered any questions we had, before following it up just 2 days later with a comprehensive report. CS were extremely prompt in responding to my request for a quote for a structural survey on the property I am purchasing and then made their own contact with the estate agents to arrange entry etc. We received an incredibly thorough report with a week. We then had a few queries regarding the property based on the report and John was more than happy to speak to me on the phone and answered all of my questions. John is incredibly good at what he does and his experience in his field is evident. I couldn't recommend CS enough and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience from CS Surveying from start to finish. John and his team found time to arrange a survey the week we called and we had the report with us within 5 working days.

John called me during the survey to explain his findings and was happy to take a call afterwards explaining anything I didn’t understand in the report. The report was well-detailed and included estimate prices and lots of photos to back up the findings.

It did go through a good number of Level 3 reports and the CS Surveying report was more detailed than any other and comprehensive and easy to understand. John gave me a call while at the house and we had a good conversation about the current state of the house. I was able to negotiate the price a little more. Andrea has been quick to respond. The timeline for the delivery of the report was kept, in fact, it was a day earlier which is appreciated. I would recommend this company if you are looking for professional, reliable service.

Very professional Service and expert knowledge

We had an emergency survey carried out when our old roof was leaking, despite several "expert roofers" and lots of time and money wasted, John from CS Surveying came to our aid, identified the cause of the problem within minutes which we had fixed and has never leaked since.
