Our Project Management team are led by a Chartered Architect and Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years combined construction industry experience on project ranging from £500 to £35M.
We offer a comprehensive procurement service from inception to completion including full tender preparation, tendering procedure to individual client requirements and apply expert knowledge of Local Authority standing order and financial regulations.
We have a wide range of experience in procurement on all types of projects using most forms of standard JCT contract documents.
Our in house Contract Administration team administer contracts on a daily basis, covering all aspects of day to day project management and administration from simple internal remodelling projects to large scale new build, refurbishment and multi disciplinary projects.
We pride ourselves in having the capability and capacity to provide a rapid tendering service for projects which are required to commence on site with short timescales and provide our clients with a professional and speedy procurement and project management service.
